Project Director – Strategy, Monitoring and Review @ National Transport Commission
Neil’s role includes providing strategic advice on how governments can enable safe and productive future mobility by reforming transport laws. He led work on Land Transport Regulation 2040: how could or should we regulate land transport in the future? He also developed the business case for preparation for more automated road and rail vehicles that has led the major reform program on automated vehicles at the National Transport Commission. He holds Bachelor of Science (Hons) and a doctorate in Chemistry from Monash University.
