Dr. Sara M. Smyth is an Associate Professor at LaTrobe Law School in Melbourne, Australia. She is the Director of the Master of Laws (LLM) Program and the Coordinator of the Master of Cyber-Security Program (Law). She has consulted extensively to Public Safety Canada and written several books including Cybercrime in Canadian Criminal Law and Drone Controversies – Ethical and Legal Debates Surrounding Targeted Strikes and Electronic Surveillance.
She received a PhD from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University; an LL.M. from the University of Toronto; and a J.D. from the University of Victoria, Canada.
